Welcome
The Town of Kirkland Lake takes GREAT pride in the preservation and maintenance of our local cemetery, which is located at the junction of Highway 66 and 112. Continuous improvements are made to enhance accessibility and maintain the beauty and dignity, thanks in part to the help of many families and individuals. The cemetery gently slopes to the north allowing visitors to have a scenic view of one of the highest points of land in the area "blue mountain".

As you walk through the cemetery you begin to understand it is not only a final resting place, but a true reflection of our northern multicultural heritage, some of which is viewable under the image gallery "headstones".

Operations
The Cemetery is open from May 1^st till November 1^st and may be extended, weather permitting. Staff is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. excluding Stat holidays.

Internment Choices
Along with in ground casket burials the cemetery provides the following interment options: columbarium, scattering grounds, and cremation garden.
